"Your request was unsuccessful. Please make sure payment method details are correct and up to date."
This shows when I create a new method payment on my account, I wanted to add a new method payment. I do have an existing bank account registered before, but I wanted to add a new one just incase I wanted other options, but it shows unsuccessful.
Let me know your thoughts.
By the way I am from the Philippines.
