Adding a Team Builder group

I want to add a Team Builder group. I want to start building my upwork profile into information security and I don't know if there is a team builder group available for it or not but if not, I would like one established and to be included in it please. A lot of my work has moved into infosec and I want to build my upwork contracts to include that field.
