Agency Question

Hi Upwork Team,

I'm planning to start an agency and add 1 team member on it. Can I still use my personal account and apply for jobs for my own? Is it going to affect my agency's profile (vice-versa)? Can I continue my current job in my personal account, and have another contract under my agency? Also if a client leaves feedback and score under my agency account or my team member's account, will it affect the rating and success score on my personal account? Also, I only have an option to upgrade my plan to $10. I cannot see the $20 option.

Can I also share the invitations I am getting from my personal account to my agency?

Hi Jean Aingeal,

In order to be able to upgrade to Agency Plus Plan, you'll need to create an Agency account on your existing Freelancer account. Afterwards, once you upgrade your Membership Pan, you'll be able to add team members to your Agency.
