Agency connects will be refreshed when updating?

I'm gonna upgrade my agency to add members, howver my agency has no connects at the time. If I upgrade, will the connects be refreshed? I mean to get 80 connects. Please help.

Since you're allowed to add team members and work as a team only with the Agency Plus membership, downgrading your membership will result in removing your team and information related to contracts they completed.

Hi Carlos,

For $20/month, your agency will get 80 Connects per month (shared among all agency members), the ability to purchase additional Connects (for $1 per Connect), and the ability to roll over up to 160 unused Connects to the next month.

 

At upgrade you'll receive a prorated number of Connects. To prorate means to allocate something based on another value, usually a unit of time. Please check this article about Membership Plans.

Hi Jo-an,

I've already read the article but don't understand, I'm currently 20 days ahead of my bill cycle, it slacks 10 days for me to refresh the connect, so to understand the term prorate I need to know if I upgrade now it owns me 40 connects for 20 days, or 20 connects for 10 days?

Also what happens if after I add the members I downgraded the plan, nothing happens, I mean its members will follow active?

Hi Carlos,

Your plan will be billed every month on the same date. The day you upgrade to a Plus plan you receive a prorated number of Connects for that month and your billing cycle date is reset. Your Connects will refresh monthly according to this new billing cycle.

That doesn't answer any of my two questions, many thanks any way, I can risk everything.

The first question was solved, the second one: do my agency can actually function with a Common Plan, I upgrade only to add my members to it. There after can I work with Common Plan? Please help.

I just Added to my Billing method and get Agency Plus Plan connects for my Agency. But I did'nt refreshed my connects, When I can submit proposals from my agency account? I have Paid $20 for agency plus, But Connects not refreshed its showing 0 Connect, When it will be shown my connects as i buy for $20?

Please note that the Agency Plus plan doesn't include free Connects. You will be able to buy them by the bundle, as follows:

  • 10 for $1.50
  • 20 for $3
  • 40 for $6
  • 60 for $9
  • 80 for $12

Thanks for reply, Now I have no agency account..
I was closed it due to some difficulties, Give me best wishes for freelacer profile.. day by day i am going down... I don;t know what happen.. My clients are does'nt respond me while having my work 😞 They are gone.. Please let them know i am waiting for respond 😞

Hi Jose,

 

All freelancers were moved on paid connects. This means that freelancers on our basic plan won't be receiving free connects anymore. Thank you.
