An Error Occurred Internal Server

Hi,

 

Hope someone can help me. I tried to click on my "Messages" on my Dashboard but received an error.

Please see attached screenshot.

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to view your messages? Thank you.

Same problem, Messages is not working at all (Both Website and ios app)

 

Also, I am not able to contact customer support as well, the button "Get Help" is not working
