Apple ID issues

Hi there, I had to make a new account due to my issues as it's not possible to reach support when not logged in apparently.

I am resetting my iCloud so I can't access my ICloud, but my Upwork is connected to my Apple ID so I can't login and request my funds.

I tried staring a ticket but im sent a link that I need to log in to access which obviously doesn't help much since I can't login. I have access to all my login details and my security question.

I would much appreciate it if I could have some help from Upwork.
