Apply Now Button is grey

Hello!
Please let me know why am I unable to apply for jobs? The Apply Now button was working fine an hour ago, but not anymore. I still have 60+ connects (if this information matters).

I checked your account and saw you've been requested to complete the ID verification process. You can check this page in your account. Could you please check the email address associated with your Upwork account?

  1. There are a few possibilities for this; lets start by getting a little more information.
    Can you provide any of the following details?
    1. Does it happen with all jobs you wish to apply to or just some?
    2. Is your account under investigation?
    3. Are you using a freelancer account?
    4. Any other information would be useful in helping you resolve your issue.

It could be a mistake if you have applied for that job before. The web will show a grey button.
It could be a problem with that job, that client.
Check out with other jobs.
