Apply Now and Submit Proposal Button's Disabled

Hello! Any help with this would be appricated. I have an active Pro account, with connects available. I cannot respond to a proposal that was submitted to me or apply for any new jobs due to the button being disabled. I have no idea why this would be everything in my account seems to be working and I have previously applied for jobs with no issues. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm sorry to learn about this experience when trying to send proposals to potential clients. However, I checked and confirmed that your account has been verified and there are no restrictions so this should not be the case.


Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of the current one? You may also consider clearing your cache and cookies. Let us know if the issue persists with a screenshot of what you can see from your end; we'll look further into that for you.

Hi Arjay. I am using the browser Shift, so I switched to Chrome, and cleared the cache and cookies and it's still disabled.
