Appology

Hi All,

It has only been 18 months since I started freelancing and I just learned it is prohibited to provide the number before the contract is signed. Due to his 24-hour deadline, I shared my number with the client. In addition, sometimes Upwork does not send you a notification, which caused me to lose many clients. It has always been my preference to work through Upwork. As a result, I apologize for my actions and I will never repeat them.

Thank you,

Fahadd

Muhammad,

It's good that you are now aware of this Terms of Service violation. However, there is no need to apologize--especially to Upwork.

I can assure you--Upwork will not apologize to you when they commit a similar offense.
