Are my proposals older than 5 years removed by the system?

Hi everyone,

I see that the history of archived proposals is limited to a period of 5 years.
How can I find my proposals that are older than 5 years?

Hi Mohamed,

Archived proposals that are over 5 years old can still be found on your Proposals page. You should be able to find them on the last page if you have any.

I must have some, because :

• The first proposal listed on "my Proposals page" is from June 28, 2017
• While my first contract was signed on June 21, 2017.

It is not possible to have a contract signed without prior proposals.

So if you say that nothing is deleted by the system, (which is a good thing ! Thanks for that), could you please check my history and see why I can't see my old proposals that date back to before my first signed contract.

I see what you mean, Mohamed. I was also able to find the proposal link to your first contract within the contract messages, however, I am getting an error when trying to access it. I'll ask the team to reach out to you directly via support ticket in order to assist you with this.
