Availability not showing after obtaining Plus Membership

I have obtained an Upwork Plus membership 2 days ago. But still availability not showing in my profile. Why do I have to enable availability by spending connects while I am a paid member of Upwork? Please help.

It is paid bage for all, for plus members as well.

It is correct. Bage not included to Plus plan.
