Awarded Contract but Manual Time Restricted

Hello,

I have been awarded the contract by a client, but manual time is restricted. Is there any way to enter my time or do I need to request that the client allow me to enter manual time?

It is disabled by default. Client must enable it for you. Ask to enable.
