CLIENT NOT ONLINE TO PAY ME

Kindly assist I accepted a contract with a client and worked for 3 hours 21 minutes on the first task. When I wanted to key in the time and submit the work I realized Upwork team had temporarily suspended the contract. Since then the client has not been online to wire my payment, kindly assist.
