Can I get help from support?

I came across a fake job posting and nearly got scammed. After reaching out to Upwork multiple times, I've heard nothing back except that my account has been locked due to not working enough (surprise! I got hired for a job that was a scam so I wasted my time!) Now I can't find work. Can support please, please contact me.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I've checked and it looks like the job has already been taken down because it was in violation of Upwork TOS and action has been taken on the client account.
