Can I withdraw 178usd to Paypal real time?

My available balance is $178, before I tried to click get paid.
A message prompt: "Balances greater than $100.00 will be automatically sent May 1, 2024."

My question is: When I click get paid for the $178, does the money transfer to my paypal account in realtime, or I will wait until May 1 before it will go thru my Paypal?
