The reason is that you won't get suspended...

You must not create two accounts, ever. It is a violation of Upwork's terms of service. And it is "client", not "employer".

Also remember that you need a valid payment method if you want to hire freelancers. That generally means a credit card or a PayPal account that is backed by a credit card.

Can I use the paypal account that is backed by Debit card? 

Suppose, I enable the Client profile in my acccount and then hire someone.

Can a hired freelancer see that I have two profiles i.e freelancer and Client?
