Can i share Skype ID with client in chat?

I'have some question about the upwork freelancers profile.
If client ask me for my skype ID in the chat. so can i share with them?

Not until you are hired and have an official Upwork contract. Doing so before a contract is in place is a violation of the terms of service and can get you suspended.
