Can not add Belarus bank

I am trying to add my bank account to upwork. I am from Belarus. As I know upwork works here.

Could you please say what is exactly wrong in attached screenshot?

You just uploaded your personal informations here. I do not recommend you to post a photo of your real name, address, phone number and Bank account number publicly.

Hi Aliaksandr,

It looks like you were trying to set up your local bank transfer. There are are countries where local bank transfers are not available on Upwork. I checked and unfortunately, it is not available in Belarus. Upwork offers a number of choices for withdrawing your funds. Please check this help article to learn more. Thanks!
