For more then a 3 hours now I can not download a 4mb file that my client uploaded in messages. Download starts at ultra slow rate and stops after few minutes.
1. My net is working perfectly fine.
2. Cleared browser cashe/cookies
3. Download from other sites works fine.
Please help!

Upwork is not a file transfer tool.
You may use anything you'd like to use:
FTP
USB flash drive
Google Drive
Microsoft One Drive
Dropbox
WeTransfer
Hightail
etc.

Thank you Preston for answer, but it did not solved an tehnical issue. A file is uploaded by my client via messages /attach a file / option. The whole point of this option in messages is to enable fast communication and exchange of documents via Upwork.
Otherwize, this option would not be available in messages. For larger files, I am using Gdrive and Dropbox, but for daily fast communication, Upwork messages are perfect. That is idea behind "attach" file in messages.
I still can not download a file, does anyone else has simmilar problem.

As suhhested few minutes ago by my friend, I finnally managed to download a file - issue was - the sanitased file was unavailable for download. When I clicked on "download original file" option it worked well.
