Can't View Client's History or Feedback from previous Freelancers

Hi! Is there a way to view client reviews? This client contacted me directly, and after our conversation, they created a contract for me. I accepted the contract and am interested in seeing some reviews. However, I only saw the star ratings.

Note: I am aware that client reviews can be seen directly on job postings. However, in this case, I'm unsure how to proceed since the job or contract I accepted wasn't posted.

The clients do not have profiles hence the only time the stats are available is when they post a job. You'll see their history under the "About the client" section.

If the client doesn't post the job and sends you a direct offer then there is no way to check the client's recent history/reviews. That time we only see the rating of the client and how can we decide client behavior by only seeing the rating?

I believe Upwork needs to fix this.

Totally agree with this, especially with Upwork's new policy about managing negative feedback. We need to be more cautious when accepting offers from clients.
