I've been unable to 'confirm that it's me' via authenticator app because I don't have a code from Upwork that I'm supposed to get via email or text message. Due to this issue I haven't been able to get paid for hours complete. Also, the Get Help button doesn't work so I don't know how to reach someone to resolve my issue.
