Can't submit proposals

I can't submit any more proposals. I have 4 remaining connects. The 'submit a proposal' is unresponsive

Thank you for reaching out to us. I check but I could not replicate the issue you experience. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you receive on your end so that we can assist you further?

Please know that different jobs require different amounts of Connects and you need to have enough Connects to apply for the job. You can find more information in this help article.
