I am currently working with a client who has Unverfied billing method
she told me she will fix that and become verfied
after a while the contract is place on Hold but we still working
so question now..Can the client pay me when the contract is place on Hold??
Am afraid of Scamming!

No, the client can not pay you from an unverified account at all, so you should never have started to do any work. To continue working after the contract was put on hold and you were told by Upwork to STOP working with the client is frankly nothing short of insane.

Hi Shehab,
It looks like you do not have an offer from the client yet.
If that is the case, you should not be working on the project.
You can politely tell the client that you can start working only after accepting the offer.
If it is a fixed price project, your client will also assign you a funded milestone. That way, you can be sure that you will be paid upon successful completion of the job.

If the contract is put on hold, there must be a contract. So I rather suspect that he has accepted an offer.
