Cancel Subscription: Connects

I have a Freelancer Plus membership. If I cancel, will my 280 connects remain in my account?

If not, what the hell is this website doing? I've paid for years and earned unused connects, and as soon as I cancel they get taken away? If this is a case then Upwork should refund freelancers for unused connects.

Hi Keaton,

If you cancel your Freelancer Plus membership, you will be reverted back to the Basic plan. The Connects you have right now will stay until your next cycle. You can rollover up to 200 Connects each month. Here's the help article for more information.
