Cancel a contract immediately after accepting it ?

I just started a fixed price contract with 5 milestones, The client has put 1st milestone amount in escraw.

The client then requested that the amounts for the remaining 4 milestones be changed.

I didn't start yet working in milestone 1, and want to cancel the contract (To me, it makes no sense to alter all remaining amount once we've already agreed upon them).

Is it possible to cancel the contract? Does it have an impact on my JSS and account...?

The client could withdraw the amount of 1st milestone from upwork ?

once you click accept, yes they can rate you
