Cannot submit proposals?

All of a sudden I cannot accept proposals. My identity and address are both verified. I've also cleared my history/cache/etc. Not sure what I can do to fix this? I also have plenty of connects! SOS!

i'm facing the same problem, my account is verified, i just can't click the submit proposal button
