Cant see how to open a support ticket

Hi,

I have been searching for about an hour for how to open a support request ticket and I can't see it. I keep going around in circles.  

2 of the jobs I applied for were scammers. I reported them and the job postings have been removed. But I havent been refunded the connects.

How do I contact upwork staff to fix this?

I checked and it looks like you already received a Connects refund for closed jobs. You can find more information on your Connects History page.
