Change last name

Hi!

I made a spelling mistake in my last name when created an account. How can I change it?

Contact Upwork support and tell them what happened. They will ask for an identity to verify your statement. And once they are satisfied they will change the name.

I used my nickname when I created my Upwork account and later I faced an issue withdrawing money. So I contact Upwork support and submit my passport and then they changed it. It may take few days, but you must change it.

And use the "Question Mark" right bottom corner
Then select the following while chat with the Autobot

Freelancer --- Identity Verification--- Contact support

The Autobot will connect with an agent then. You can chat and tell them your problem.
