Change the Payoneer account in Pakistan

Hi! This is my first time requesting a payment from Upwork. The issue is that my Payoneer account has not been verified yet. I have a friend's Payoneer account that I can use currently to get the payment. But I have heard that Upwork does not allow changing the Payoneer account in India after you setup a Payoneer account for the first time. I just wanted to ask if I can change the Payoneer account later (when my Payoneer account is verified) as I am based in Pakistan.

Don't matter where is your Payoneer registered but it must be your Payoneer. You cannot use friend's, brother's, anyone else.
