Changes request by client fault can affect JSS?

Hi. I have entered in a $300 fixed price, contract where I took 3 wooks to have the work ready, and then I made a Payment Request. after 12 days, the client made me a changes request, anrgumented that he had not finished building the software where he will test and use my work. Apart for the anger it produced to me, i have the following questions: ¿can this change requests affect my JSS?. If the contracts gets 2 months old and i am not paid still, can it affect my JSS?. things with that client are slooow, i am realizing.

Possibly, but even if it did, the effect would be reversed once payment has been made. If it gets to that stage, ask the client to send you a $ 5 bonus.

That said: The client's lack of preparedness is not your problem, to be honest. I would resubmit again now, because the request for changes was not valid.
