Client Asked for Phone number ! But Not taking work outside of upwork!

Hi,

I am facing a strange issue. 
I am an Top Rated Plus Freelancer on upwork and always abide by upwork' rule!. 

One of my client asked me for a phone number and i gave it, so as to understand the requirement a bit better!

But now i got a message from upwork Bot that taking communication outside of upwork can lead to account suspension.

What do i do ?

I just want to inform upwork that i am not taking work outside of upwork !

Let me know if i can do anything else!

I would like to confirm that communicating outside of Upwork before a contract is formed is not allowed and it's a violation of our TOS.

I just wanted to inform you that i did not intend any wrong doing!

Once you are hired you can communicate with the client however you like!
