Client Ended the Contract and Asked for Refund, what happens to JSS

I got a client few months ago, his website had the problem of suddenly going down with no apparent reason, he opened the contract with me, and then didn't reply for the next few months

Today he ended the contract or maybe it was ended automatically due to inactivity, and asked for refund, i didn't do any work, neither charged him anything, the money is in the Upwork escrow, My question is that if i approve the refund request, will it affect my JSS?
