Hello,
I had worked for the fixed price contract and now, after the job is done, client wrote me: Thanks For sharing.
After that, she no longer communicated. The contract is still active, I've been waiting for a month to see what will happen. How should I proceed, please? I can somehow terminate the contract myself without losing the agreed amount.
Thanks for help, Nada

Nada, this client is not breaking any rules.
Clients are not required to communicate with freelancers.
Clients are not required to manually release payment to freelancers.
As freelancers, we get paid automatically whether or not the clients communicate with us, or do anything at all.
With fixed-price contracts we click the "Submit Work and Request Payment" button and if the client does nothing, Upwork releases all of the escrow money to us automatically.
re: "I can somehow terminate the contract myself without losing the agreed amount?"
Yes, if you have not already clicked the Submit Work button, then you made a mistake. Click the button now. If everything is done and you have already been paid for your work, then, go ahead and close the contract yourself.

re: "Should I wait for 14 days since last submittion?"
Yes.
Don't submit three times. Submit one time and wait.
Each time you click the button the countdown clock starts over.

What "agreed amount?" Do you have a contract? If it was a fixed rate contract, is it funded? If it is funded, did you correctly submit the work through the "submit for payment" function on the contract?
If it was an hourly contract, did you track your time?
You would normally be paid automatically if you used Upwork as intended.
