Client has cancelled the contract

Hey ,

Before 2 days I bid on 15$ job , Below was Job description.

(Hello, Open the link below on Firefox on Android. What is the problem with the fonts. Why are the fonts so light? What is the fix.)

I messaged him : I found the code to fix this issue , and i tested in console mode in his website and i send him screenshot that i got the solution , Please send the credentials so that i can change in your live website .

He told me Sorry i cant send the credentials , then he told me i didnt find any changes on my website .

How can i change your website without getting your credentials . Then he cancelled the contract . and send me refund request of 15$

Does it effect my Job success or profile ?

Please help me it was not my fault
