Client keep postponing the milestone

Client reaches me on Jun 23, 2022, finally created a project Jan 18, 2023, I finished the site within a month. Client keep  postponing the milestone after I submited the milestone, she keep saying she is too busy to check. The milestone is in the project for almost 3 months without any update, anything I can do beside just hoping she might check the site....maybe one day?

Deadline agreed? If not then submit milestone. It will be paid after 2 weeks.

No deadline at all, she keep postponing milestone, she refuses the milestone before it reaches 2 weeks every times. So it will NOT be paid after 2 weeks as she click refused. And she did not update me any news except keep saying she has no time to check. It has been like that for 3 months.
