Client not showing up on the interview call

I submit for a job. Client promised to have an interview 2 days ago. But he didn't show up. Also, he didn't reply for any message on Upwork message. What the best approach for this?

Forget about the client and move on.

I would send (1) message asking if he needs to reschedule.  If you still don't receive a response, unfortunately it's time to move on.  Your time is valuable.
