Client review

Hi, Can a client write a review if the freelancer closes the contract?  I have an unresponsive client and would like to close the contract.  They had claimed earlier that. they would give me an execellent review.

They can, until 14 days after the contract was closed, but if the client is already unresponsive, chances are they won't.
