Client see inactive Hire button with my name

New client invite me to the proposal, but button Hire is not active. It is gray

I have the problem with the invitation a day before, but I've solved it to add the full address for my profile. I've tested, I can write the proposals.

The client is in Chrome browser. She is new

Our previous proposal (it is posted just for me) she can't remove - it is processing all the time and nothing else
