Client want to make his name private in my portfolio

Please note: this is a private, white-label project and this cannot be shown in your portfolio or anywhere else.

So I'm asking how to make his name and the description of the project private when he gives me a feedback

What your client means is that you should not use the design you made for them anywhere, such as in your portfolio or anywhere else.

The client's name won't show anywhere unless you specifically mention it in your feedback to the client.
