Today I have an interview with a client who forwarded me to his coworker via gmail, and I have an interview today at 1PM PST but I got an email saying the job was not in compliance with upworks terms of service so what am I supposed to do?

Absolutely nothing.

Those people were probably scammers. Even if they weren't trying to scam you, the job has been removed by Upwork. You can't get paid. Do not work for them. Do not talk to them.

Thank you, so I should respond when they email me at 1 and alert them that
their listing got banned?

Hi Kainye,

Your impulse to notify them that their job was banned is generous. They already have been notified by Upwork of that, so there's no need for you to do so.  Don't try to work with them further unless they post a valid job.
