Clients mostly request for experts or intermediates, how then can the entry levels be hired?

What is the success ratings for hire for entry level newbies? Clients usually go for the experts or intermediates.

The best thing to do is not tell someone that you are a newbie.

Just tell them you are new to Upwork.

Don't lie about anything, just avoid telling a potential client anything you thing will loose you the gig.

Tell them every reason why they should hire you.

If you search for job postings instead of using the feed, you'll see filtering options along the side, including entry level. Just now,  a search for "proofreading" turned up 724 entry level jobs.

However, you should fix your profile before you send out any more proposals. In addition to being far too short/lacking in information, it contains errors and many random capitalizations. You can't persuade a client that you're "meticulous" if there are errors in your own profile.
