Clients want refund

Hi,

My client was new in Upwork. His account was suspended after purchase my project. In hurry he ordered at another platform but now his account is active. I did not start work on this project. Now the client want refund. I want to do that. Is it effect my jss. Or please recommend me a solution that my jss not effect and client also find his refund.

Hi Arslan,

Thank you for reaching out. You can proceed to give your client a refund and that should disable the option for leaving public feedback. Keep in mind though that clients can still leave private feedback so we highly suggest that you end this on a good note with your client.
