Hi all, 

i have 90 available connects on my freelancer account. But i couldn't use them to apply any job offer.

How can i use my connects on my account? Could you please fix it ?

Hi Emre,

Since you're an exclusive member of the agency, you can only use the Connects of the agency pool. As an exclusive member, you can't use your freelancer Connects to apply on jobs.

But one of our team members can use their own connects independent of the agency.

How could this happen?

Is there any chance to use my connetcs like our team members ?

Hi Emre,

If the agency owner changes your status to non exclusive member, you will be able to use the freelancer profile Connects and send proposals. Thank you.
