I did not get any connects for the month of December 2023.

Hi Ana,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your billing cycle date is reset when you upgrade to a Freelancer Plus plan. I can see that you upgraded your plan last 16- November. You may expect your plan to be billed and Connects to be added monthly on the same date (Every 16th).
