Connects

I'm sorry, there was a misunderstanding about my original post. I will delete my request now. But is there a way to communicate with support directly? or is this the only way?

Hi Bojan. I applied for a job, but it got cancelled. I thought client cancelled it and posted it right back. But it was a bit different from that.

Anyway, in Upwork training videos it says "if your proposal gets rejected don't feel bad. Most freelancers don't get accepted in their first 5 tries." but then again we only get 20 connects (I'm a new member of this community). And then things like this happen, jobs get cancelled and you don't get your connects back. 

So are there any other ways to get connects? or is there any chance that monthly connect resupply comes back?

Your 20 initial connects are just intended to help you try out Upwork; after they're gone, you have to buy connects. Upwork is not a free service.
