Connects

My current connects cycle is showing 11 sept- 10 Oct. today is 12 Oct. I did not receive free 10 connects of this month. 
Every 11th of the month , I receive 10 free connects. However, this time I did not receive the free connects.
I want to know why?

I haven't received free connects. My billing cycle ends on 24th every month.
