Contact support?

How do we start a support ticket that is not public?

Hi Aaron,

 

If you wish to contact our support team through a support ticket, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Get Support at the bottom of this or any Help Center page
  2. Type a question or topic and select "Send." The bot will find relevant Help articles for you.
  3. If we don't find the information you need after a few tries, you’ll see an option under the article selections to request additional help
  4. Select "I need more help" or "I need additional help" and follow the options provided

What is the typical turn around time? It's been four days. Should I submit another ticket?
