I am dealing now with a somewhat passive aggressive client. I would very much end the contract before the end because honestly the pay isn't even worth the treatment. But I am scared that if I do so, he will leave a bad review on my profile?

Public feedback with 0 amount (full refund) dont be shown in your profile. Only private feedback (if client left it) affect your JSS then.

Also you can report client to Upwork team if some violation there.
