Please help me to delete the client account that I did not create **Edited for Community Guidelines** I worked fot them years ago as a freelancer and now I discovered that I am client **Edited for Community Guidelines**I found it because I can not get normally to some my pages as a freelancer, because the system put me there as a client **Edited for Community Guidelines**and I get a message that I can not see the pages. I already asked upwork help, no reply yet. Wrote a question here only to get a message that it was put in spam.

Hi Victor,
I checked your account and it looks like you still have an open contract with that client. Additionally, the client gave you member permissions and that's why you see their client company in your account. Please, ask the client to change the permissions settings or close the contract altogether if there are no plans to do any further work on it. If you can't reach your client, you can close the contract yourself.

Thank you Valeria, I will try to contact the client. I do not understand one thing. I am on my freelanser profile and try to go to some page, instantly I get message that I can not because I happen to go there as a client, I again click that I am a freelanser. Second attempt and again the same. After some travelling from one place to another I get to needed page as a freelanser.

I also tried to close contract, but did not find the way to do it. I can see offer, original job posting, original proposal, but can not find where I can close it. Thank you.

Victor,
Could you please go to My Jobs> All Contracts, then use the search field to find the contract. You can search by the client's name or by the name of the contract. Here is also a direct link to the contract you can follow. On that page, click on the menu button (...) and you'll the option to close the contract.
Once you've done that, could you please clear your cache and cookies and let us know if you still get redirected to a client account.
