Desktop Timer not Opening (No option to open it)

My Upwork Timer on the desktop app isn't showing up and I have no way to open it. I've unistalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer and logged out and back in. In the past this has solved the problem, but not this time. Nothing is working to make it appear/open. I do have access to the message section of the app, but no option to open the timer. 

 

I have a Mac running IOS 11.3.1.

I wasn't able to do it that way, but doing through the settings in the app and that solved the problem. Thanks.

Hi Theresa,

 

Could you, please refer to this help article for troubleshooting tips and let us know if you still experience issues after applying them? Please try performing steps from the "How to completely delete the Upwork Desktop App's cache" section.

Sometimes I have to click on the show hidden icons symbol to find the Upwork app. Then, I have to right click on Upwork icon and select "Open Time Tracker" to access the tracker. 

 

Not sure if Apple has similar option or not.
